Rooms for Hire

We have three meeting rooms available to hire at very competitive rates, either for single sessions or regular use.

We also have two small office/counselling rooms available to rent - please see below or Get in Touch for more information.

Our downstairs rooms have step free access, including the main Meeting Room, toilets and kitchen. There is also a stair lift giving access to the first floor. We have a disabled car park space that can be reserved at the time of booking.

 

Room 1: Main Meeting Room

Available for single use or regular events.

A large, light and spacious ground floor meeting room, suitable for public meetings, private gatherings and parties.

Seats up to 60 people (maximum occupancy).

£16 per hour.

Room 4: John Dennithorne Room

Available for single use or regular events.

A smaller meeting room on the first floor.

Seats up to 15 people 'lecture style'(maximum occupancy), or 10 'board room style'.

£11 per hour.

John Dennithorne (1895-1984) was a sculptor, founder of a nursery school and allotments in Dowlais, advocate at unemployment insurance tribunals, a peacemaker, a source of strength and enlightenment - and a Cardiff Quaker.

Room 3: Counselling Room

Available for single use or regular events.

A small room on the first floor, suitable for one-to-one meetings and counselling sessions.

Seats up to 3 people.

£11 per hour.


Kitchen

In addition, we have a communal kitchen on the ground floor for use as a refreshment area.

Fair Trade coffee and tea and sugar are available at no additional cost.


Rooms to Rent

We have two small rooms available for long-term rent on a monthly basis. These would be ideal for use as small offices or counselling spaces.
