We Are a Sanctuary Meeting

Together with over eighty other Quaker Meetings in Britain, we have become a Sanctuary Meeting, which means that we are committed to joining local initiatives to build a culture of welcome for asylum seekers and refugees, whom we particularly invite to our monthly shared lunches on the third Sundays of each month. Our commitment includes building alliances with groups opposing racism and working with others to change laws on destitution, detention, deportations and removals.
